CEO & President
Lars-Gunnar has many years experience in management positions in global manufacturing companies, most recently as General Manager at Textron GSE, and CEO of Safeaero i Trelleborg AB, as well as several management positions at PartnerTech. He holds a Master of Science in Engineering physics from Lund University.

Piotr is an international manager with 20+ years of experience in operations, shaped by Scandinavian culture, lean oriented and entrepreneurial mindset.
He has broad experience in Plant management and -development, Business Development, manufacturing and quality including driving continuous improvement via kaizens, Lean Manufacturing and Lean Management.
He holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering, Flexible Manufacturing Systems, Automation and Robotics from the Technical University in Gdańsk, Poland, as well as post grad studies in Management and Financial Controlling

Mattia since 2007 worked in Automotive sector building experience in quality and logistic, acquiring in the last 10 years knowledge of the Rail market through different roles till the managing of the site of Panlink Italy. He holds a Master’s Degree in Materials Engineering, University of Turin, Italy
